A NEIGHBORHOOD RESOURCE CENTER
The resource center’s goal is to connect the Windsor community and its residents to the wide variety of social and state agency services available. Increased access to health, social, and educational services at a local level. Addresses homelessness, housing and hunger on a community level. Conference rooms and offices are available to rent. Provides information and referral, identifies and works to fill community needs, collaborates with community members and service providers. Computers, phone, copy and fax machine are available for public use.

Community agencies using rooms at the resource center: Southeast Vermont Community Action (SEVCA), Windsor on Air, Vocational Rehabilitation, Vermont Association of Business Industry and Rehabilitation, Vermont Adult Learning, Department of Corrections, HCRS, Economic Services, Springfield Supportive Housing Program, New Beginnings, Vermont Student Assistance Corporation, Youth Managed Café, AARP tax specialists, Community Health Outreach Department at Mt. Ascutney Hospital, local mental health providers.
