For more than 30 years, the Rehabilitation Center at Mt. Ascutney Hospital has been widely recognized and respected for its comprehensive and compassionate rehabilitative care. Our acute inpatient and outpatient Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine Programs are the first choice of hospitals and healthcare providers throughout Vermont and central New Hampshire. Recently recognized with a Press Ganey HX Guardian of Excellence award for excellence in patient experience, we know this is a direct reflection of the quality services delivered by our outstanding and skilled care providers.

State-of-the-art facility

Our Rehabilitation Center is a recently renovated 14,800-square-foot facility with state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment tools, a fully equipped rehabilitation gym, a beautiful dining space and comfortable, private patient rooms. One of only two acute rehabilitation programs in Vermont, Mt. Ascutney Hospital offers the most advanced patient-centered services in a comfortable and easily accessible facility, with outpatient therapies and gyms in two locations. We also have a large and beautiful aquatic therapy pool.
