Windsor, VT – Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center (MAHHC), a member of Dartmouth Health, recently recognized nine providers as Top Providers based on Press Ganey rankings.

“We are immensely proud of our providers for achieving such high marks in patient satisfaction,” said Winfield Brown, interim president and CEO of MAHHC. “Their commitment to delivering exceptional care and ensuring patients are seen, heard and comforted, during what is often a difficult time, is what Mt. Ascutney is known for.”

The MAHHC providers are Christopher Connor, MD, Clare Drebitko, MD, Betty Fields, APRN, Jeffrey King, DPM, Peter Lapre, OD, David Podell, MD, Catherine Schneider, MD, Steven Smith, MD, and Leesa Taft, DNP, ARNPC. Interim Chief Medical Officer Herbert Ip, MD, presented a certificate to each provider.

Each of the providers scored 90% or higher in patient satisfaction in the Press Ganey “Overall Provider” patient survey. All qualifying providers received at least 10 patient surveys during the previous six months.

MAHHC has previously been recognized by Press Ganey with the Guardian of Excellence Award for Patient Experience in its Acute Rehabilitation Center. And it is regularly ranked among the best for patient experience in the Vermont Department of Health’s Hospital Report Card.
