AA meetings
These meetings are held at Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center.

Online blood pressure management workshop

Online diabetes prevention program
This support group is for anyone with diabetes and/or family and friends with diabetes. Call (802) 289-0045 for more information or to register.

Mount Ascutney Parkinson's Disease Support Group for patients and care partners
In Person at Mount Ascutney Hospital, 289 County Road, Windsor VT
- Meets 2nd Thursday of each month, 2:00 - 3:30 p.m.
Smoking cessation

WRAP support group
For people who have completed the WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) workshop for stress and burn-out, no matter the cause. For more information, please visit the Copeland Center for Wellness and Recovery.
